All schedules will be developed online at sPortability.
We thank you for your participation as this task is quite large indeed.
You many NOW begin scheduling after final divisions are in place.
Schedulers, please take a look at each level’s League as posted on sPortability. and view by your Club’s individual teams and the level they are finalized.
The schedule as posted on sPortability is and will be the official schedule for the 2009 season. If there are discrepancies, the posted schedule will stand.
Log on using your assigned ClubKeeper Account.
You should have received the updated username and password for the 2009 season.
Here are some minor checks to look for:
· Save room in your schedule for the teams within your Division as they are your first priority in scheduling games.
· Try to play as many different teams as you can thus avoiding a “home and away” series in a single year. Travel to one Club’s site and they’ll travel to yours the next year.
You must contact the League Office Directly with your games as you can enter the games into the system as described in the PowerPoint above.

Schedule two games with opponents who you may not get to play against due to travel restrictions. You will have a minimum of a two game slot break between games.
All games are regulation and will count to your regular NCJLA standings.

· First Round Playoffs will be held Saturday, May 9th if needed.
· Sweet 16 and Elite 8 Playoffs will be held May 16 and 17.
